Is it ethical for President Fritz Verzetnitsch to claim termination prokuity

I don´t know.
But have a look in the past. Fritz Verzetnitsch was fifteen (I think so) years the leader of the working population. In all this years the social partnership works fine (I hope so) and after Viktor Klima Verzetnitsch was traded (is this the right word?) as his follower. Verzetnitsch´s penthouse in the inner city was allways a problem for the public und for his party the SPÖ.
So things changes, Verzetnitsch turns very fast (in some days)from a good in a bad guy.
I´m not sure if its very ethical if he claims for such a high amount. I think he has a proper contract and the law is on his side.
But there´s another problem. How the worker´s president can get such excellent conditions in his contract. He earnd much more then dozen of the simple members. Is this too much or had he done so much for the people.
Do we need a labour union nowadays, have the companies the ethical correctness?
An Example: A fried of mine was searching for a job. He didn´t found anything. So he asked his local labour union if the can help him, they said no, it´s impossible.
Some days ago he found a job and three! das later the labour union asked him if he want to get a member. He throwed them out.
In my personal opinion a labour union it´s not bad, but is the actual the right one?

At the end I think the termination prokuity for Mr. Verzetnitsch (ethical) is not ok, but I don´t know what happens if there´s no labour union.
